Looking for a memorable way to wish someone a happy birthday, anniversary or celebrate a special occasion? Here is your chance! By purchasing a video board message, you are able to put your special message up on the video board for every fan to see at a Wyoming Athletic event!
Video board messages will be displayed on the video board during timeouts of the game and are the perfect way to create a lasting memory for your friends and family!
Message Guidelines
- Requests must be made no later than 48 hours before game time
- Messages can be up to 100 characters long including spaces
- Messages cannot be used for commercial purposes
- No PA will be made during message display
- Messages containing language that is obscene, offensive, or refer negatively to opposing teams, players, or fans will not be displayed
- The University of Wyoming reserves the right to decline any messages that do not follow these guidelines
Ordering Information
- Limited number of video board messages are available per game and messages are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Payment must be made at the time of order; your card will be charged upon approval of message
- Refunds will be given to messages that are not approved

Your message will be displayed during the following time period
Football: between 1st & 2nd quarters
Men's Basketball: 2nd media timeout in the first half
Women's Basketball: 2nd quarter media timeout
Volleyball: between sets 1 & 2
Wrestling: pre-match or during intermission
