Lahaina, Maui. (Oct. 29, 2022) --  The Wyoming Cowboys will enter Sunday's final round of the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational with a two-round score of 584 (+16) and are in 17th place in the 20-team field.  Cowboy senior Kirby Coe-Kirkham shot the low round of the day for the Pokes with a 70 (-1).  Coe-Kirkham is tied for 49th with a 143 (+1) heading into the final round.
 
In addition to Coe-Kirkham, who is playing as an individual, sophomore Jaren Calkins is only one shot back of Coe-Kirkham at 144 (+2) to tie for 59th.  Senior Tyler Severin and sophomore Aidan Mann are tied for 66th at 145 (+3).  Mann, like Coe-Kirkham, is playing as an individual.  Junior Jimmy Dales is tied for 79th at 146 (+4).  The other two Cowboys playing on Wyoming's five-man team are sophomores Patrick Azevedo and Kristof Panke, who are tied for 103rd and 116th, respectively.  The Pokes third individual is sophomore Cade McLaughlin.  He is tied for 108th.
 
The No. 11 ranked Oklahoma Sooners took over the team lead on Saturday at 546 (-22) and hold a six-stroke lead over second place East Tennessee State, who is the No. 45 ranked team in the nation.
 
Nick Gabrelick of North Florida shot his second consecutive round of 65 (-6) for a 130 (-12) total and has a two-stroke lead over Andrew Swanson of Clemson at 132 (-10).                                                 
 
For Sunday's final round, Wyoming will be paired with Gonzaga, Mount St. Mary's and Air Force. 
 
This week's tournament is being played at the Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course in Lahaina, Maui, which measures 6,700 yards and plays to a par of 71.
