LARAMIE, Wyo. (April 25, 2019) – The Wyoming track & field teams are set for the final regular-season meet of the year, as they will travel to Fort Collins, Colo., for the Jack Christiansen Invitational this Saturday, April 27. The meet is hosted by Colorado State at Jack Christiansen Track and will feature Air Force, Colorado and Montana State-Billings. Field events are slated to begin at 10 a.m., and track events start at 11 a.m.
"This is kind of our last, final tune-up before the conference championships," said UW track & field head coach
Bryan Berryhill. "We're coming off of what I thought was a really good effort down in California. We had a lot of personal bests and a lot of seasonal bests. We're not competing everybody at CSU, it's mostly athletes that we feel like need to work on a few things before we get to the conference championships. Hopefully, we can go down there, with the weather being nice, and have a good final tune-up."
