The Wyoming Cowboys will play their second tournament of the week on Friday and Saturday when they travel to Albuquerque, N.M. to play in the William H. Tucker Invitational.
Hot Cowboys
Wyoming enters this weekend's tournament coming off it's best round of the season, a 13-under par 275 in the final round of the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational on Tuesday. That round tied the Colorado Invitational tournament record.
Cowboy senior
John Murdock led the way earlier this week, firing an eight-under par round of 64 that tied the Colorado Invitational single-round record and tied the University of Wyoming single-round record.
Mountain West Teams Featured in This Weekend's Tournament
This weekend's tournament field will feature six members of the Mountain West Conference: Air Force, Colorado State, New Mexico, San Diego State, UNLV and Wyoming. It also features two Top 25 ranked teams in No. 15 UNLV and No. 21 Arkansas.

Fall Tournament Success
•Wyoming has finished among the Top Six teams in each of its first three fall tournaments -- 2nd in the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational, 4th in the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational and 6th in the Ram Masters Invitational.

Dan Starzinski won the Ram Masters Invitational and set a tournament record, shooting an 11-under par 199. It was Starzinski's first tournament win of his college career.
