Biography

Senior (Fall 2021)
Led the Cowgirls with 523 total assists while her 5.75 assists per set was second-best on the team. Olsen made 16 starts on the year and had seven matches with 30-plus assists. Olsen recorded 51 assists in the match at SJSU (10/7). Tallied 16 service aces, 14 total blocks and 27 kills on the year while averaging 1.78 digs per set.

Played in all 14 matches and tied for a team-high nine starts. Led the Cowgirls with 363 assists (7.12 per set), both marks ranked seventh in the league. Tallied 25 kills and 17 total blocks in the spring of 2021. Fourth on the team with 83 digs and 1.63 digs per set. Had eight matches where she tallied 30 or more assists, including three with 40-plus. Had a career-high 46 assists at Fresno State (3/12). Spearheaded a Cowgirl offense that hit .227 on the season and averaged just under 12 kills per set. The hitting percentage ranked third-best as a team in the conference. Tied for second-best on the team with 11 service aces.

Before UW
Olsen appeared in 65 matches over two seasons with the Apache of Tyler Community College. During her time at Tyler, Olsen recorded 1,115 assists, 455 digs and 72 kills. In 2019, Olsen averaged 7.48 assists and 2.43 digs per set while notching 55 kills in 32 matches.
