Junior (2023): Participated in 17 games, starting 15 of them, for a total of 1,002 minutes played … registered two shots, one against Idaho State (9/7/23) and one against UNLV (9/21/23) … was a key cog in the defensive third for a squad that allowed 30 goals with four shutouts.

Sophomore (2022): Participated and started all 20 games, representing the only Cowgirl to do so … played a total of 1,353 minutes played … logged four shots, one of which was on target … Holstad’s four shots occurred in four different games, against North Dakota State (9/2/22), versus UTEP (9/4/22), against Boise State (10/2/22) and at Air Force (10/16/22) … was a key cog in a defensive third that only allowed 26 goals with three shutouts.

Freshman (Fall 2021): Participated in 15 games, making four starts, for a total of 721 minutes played … recorded one shot.

High School: Holstad played for the varsity team at Highland High School since her freshman year ... she was selected Second Team All-Conference and named a team captain during her career ... Holstad was a member of the team that won the State Championship in 2017 and 18 ... during her junior campaign, her team were Regional Champions with a 5-0 record, and she was voted Team Captain her senior year ... was also a member of the Arizona Arsenal ECNL team an excellent student, Holstad is a four-time Golden Scholar Award winner.

Personal: Holstad is the daughter of Scott and Kristen and has three siblings, Kameryn, Aiden, Hudson.
