Senior (2022): Participated in 18 games, starting eight of them, for a total of 663 minutes played … registered three shots, two of which were on frame … Hagen fired one shot in three different games, versus North Dakota State (9/2/22), at Air Force (10/16/22) and against Fresno State (10/20/22).

Junior (Fall 2021): Participated in 16 games, making nine starts for a total of 770 minutes played … netted one goal in a record-setting day against Nevada (10/17/21) … logged six shots on the season, two of which were on frame … boasted a season-high two shots against San Jose State (10/1/21).

Sophomore (Spring 2021): Competed in all nine games and started four of them for a total of 300 minutes played … recorded one shot.

Freshman (2019): Appeared in all 19 matches for the Cowgirls during her first season, starting seven of them…her first career start came against Colorado College (10/6/19)…had nine shots and two points…scored a goal in a victory over Southern Utah (9/13/19)…played 90 minutes or more in two games during the season…played a career-high 110 minutes against San Jose State (10/11/19)
 
High School: A four-year letterwinner while attending Cherry Creek High School…during her senior year, she was a First Team All-League and MVP selection, while serving as a team captain…was a Second Team All-State selection as a junior…a member of the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club…an excellent student, she was a member of the honor roll and named First Team Academic All-State.
 
Personal: Born June 1, 2001 in Denver, Colorado…is the daughter of John and Suzanne Hagen…majoring in kinesiology and health promotion.
