Sophomore (2025): Dahl participated in all 19 games, making 10 starts, for a total of 1,062 minutes played. She recorded one assist for one point, while adding 20 shots, five of which were on target. Dahl’s one assist occurred in a 1-1 tie against Colorado State (10/30/25). She set a career-high with four shots against Air Force (10/9/25).

Freshman (2024): Dahl participated in all 19 games, making two starts, for a total of 939 minutes played, which was second most among freshmen for Wyoming. She recorded one assist, which occurred against Fresno State (10/3/24). Dahl logged 14 shots on the season, four of which were on target. She enjoyed a career-high three shots at Air Force (9/29/24). Dahl logged a career-high 90 minutes played at UNLV (10/20/24).

High School: Dahl played as a midfielder during her high school and club career. She competed for Lehi High School and the Utah Avalanche Soccer Club. Dahl was named first-team All-Region three times and garnered Academic All-State recognition all four years. She was not only the Most Valuable Defensive Player on her high school team, but she was also named overall MVP.

Personal: Dahl’s parents are Whitney and Richard Dahl. Her sister played collegiate soccer at Utah Tech. Dahl is majoring in sociology.
