Biography

Junior (2017): 
Saw action in 12 contests with six starts during the 2017 season…scored one of the Cowgirls two goals against New Mexico (10/22/17)…took eight shots and had two points…sat out the early part of the season with an injury…played 538 minutes.
 
Sophomore (2016): 
Made 11 appearances and one start in the 2016 season…scored one goal on the year against Idaho State…recorded three assists, third-most on the team…took only seven shots but put four on goal…dealt with a mid-season injury but competed in the last eight games of the season for the Cowgirls.
 
Freshman (2015): Clayton played in all 20 matches as a freshman...started in 14 of them and recorded 1,231 minutes of playing time...recorded two goals, one assist and five points...her first goal was a header from a free kick against Fresno State, when she scored the first of three goals for Wyoming...her second was the lone goal for UW against San Diego State.

High School: A member of the Australian national team in 2009, Clayton was also selected for the Australian Schoolgirls National Team that toured the UK in 2013 and 2014…in addition, Clayton was named the player of the tournament at the National Schoolgirls event in 2014...competes for the Sydney University Club that advanced to the W-League semifinals.

Personal: The daughter of Michael Clayton and Karina Stafford...she has three brothers Sam, Simon and Tony...majoring in international studies.
