Junior (Fall 2021): Participated in and started 14 games, compiling 1,214 minutes played, which ranked sixth on the team … held a 6-7-1 record in net with one shut out against Omaha (8/26/21) … recorded 64 saves, allowing 26 goals, for a GAA of 1.93 ... made a career-high 11 saves at St. Thomas (9/7/21), while also logging double-digit saves (10) against Northern Colorado (9/16/21).

Sophomore (Spring 2021): Played in eight games in net for a total of 372 minutes … boasted 26 saves and a save percentage of .813 while allowing six goals.

Sophomore (2019): Did not appear in a match for the Cowgirls.
 
Freshman (2018): Redshirted during the 2018 campaign.
 
High School: Daws was a four-year letterwinner at Valor Christian High School under head coach Brian Shultz…was a three-time All-League selection, including first-team honors her freshman season…her team were State Runners-Up in 2016, State Semi-Finalists and League Champions in 2017…was named an All-State goalkeeper by the Colorado High School Coaches Association in 2016 and 2017, and was a team captain for the 2018 season…played club soccer as a member of the Colorado Rush Academy…in 2015, Daws led the Rush to a State Cup championship, and was named the State Cup MVP…was a First-Team Academic All-State selection in 2017 and Valor Cum Laude…was a two-time Valor Sports Network student of the year and Excellence in Valor Sports Network award winner…was also a final four nominee in Valor Excellence in visual arts in 2017, and served as the hockey team’s videographer in 2017 and 2018.
 
Personal: Alex is the daughter of Christopher and Rachel Daws…has three siblings, Andrew, Addison and Anna…majoring in biology.
