2025-26 (junior): In her first tournament with the Cowgirls, Higgins set the program record for individual low round with a 67 (-5) in the opening round of the Utah Valley Wolverine Invitational. The Montana transfer finished the 54-hole event second on the individual leaderboard at -7 (209) for the lowest tournament score (209, -7) in program history. ... Higgins won her final match at the Mountain Classic Matchplay in Palm Desert, Calif., to help the Cowgirls win the consolation bracket. ... Finished 8th at the GCU Invitational in Phoenix with a three-round score of 224 (+8) and 13th at the Southern Utah Thunderbird Invitational in St. George, Utah, with an identical 224 (+8) score. ...  Higgins was 40th in the loaded field at the Silicon Valley Showcase in Millbrae, Calif., with a three-round score of 230 (+17).


Before Wyoming: Higgins spent the previous two seasons playing at Montana. As a sophomore, she posted a third-place finish at the Tri-State Invitational hosted by Eastern Washington and finished 21st at the Big Sky Conference Championship. ...  Higgins' 75.85 stroke average last season was second on the Grizzlies. She was an academic all-Big Sky selection as a freshman and carded a first-round 68 at the conference championship. ... During her prep career in Centennial, Colo., Higgins finished fifth in the state as a senior and third as a junior to help lead Valor Christian High School to back-to-back Class 5A state titles. She won the 2023 Colorado Golf Association stroke play title at the State Junior Championship, opening with a round of 66.
