Donaldson was a three-time unanimous First Team All-State selection and was a second team honoree her freshman year. Donaldson was also a unanimous First Team All-Mid-Willamette Valley Conference selection four times. Following her junior campaign, Donaldson was the unanimous selection for the conference player of the year and also broke the school record for career points. A multi-time state tournament All-Tournament team selection, Donaldson helped lead South Albany to a third-place finish at state her sophomore year and second in her junior season. Donaldson, was also a highly-decorated volleyball student-athlete, and was a National Honor Society member and Scholar Athlete for multiple sports at SAHS.
