2025-26 (Freshman)
Mountain West All-Freshman Team honoree. Three-time MW Freshman of the Week. One of four Cowgirls to appear in all 30 games. Made 18 starts in 2025-26 and was third on the team averaging 23 minutes per game. Averaged 7.4 points per game and led the Cowgirls with 4.6 rebounds per contest. Led UW and was second in the Mountain West averaging 1.3 blocks per game and tallied 38 total. Led the league in conference play averaging 1.6 blocks and 2.4 3-pointers per game. Second on the team with 53 made 3-pointers and shot 33-percent from beyond-the-arc. Scored in double figures seven times and had a pair of 20-plus-point outings. Recorded a pair of double-doubles and had three games with double-digit rebounds. Scored a career-high 27 points at San Diego State on eight made field goals and six 3-pointers. Recorded four-or-more 3-pointers in six games and had 11 games with multiple blocks.

High School
Rumpf was a two-time First Team Continental League honoree following her junior and senior seasons. She was also a second team member her sophomore campaign. Helped lead Regis Jesuit to a Colorado 6A Elite 8 appearance, as well as a state runner-up finish in 2023. Rumpf was also a highly-decorated field hockey student-athlete and participated in soccer at RJHS.
