He was named to the St. Louis Dispatch Super 30 Team ranking No. 16 on the list. In his career, Jackson earned All-State, All-District, All Metro and All-Conference honors. As a senior, he recorded 59 tackles with seven tackles for loss and six sacks. He also added an interception. He was also recruited by Arkansas State, Ball State, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan and Kent State.
