Freshman (2018): Made appearances 19 matches, including 11 starts…recorded three goals and one assist…had 19 shots with six of them on goal...scored the game winner against Colorado State (10/26/18)…tallied 1,260 minutes, which was third among the freshmen.
 
High School: Vergara was a successful dual-sport athlete at Windsor High School, earned four letters in soccer and three in basketball…was selected as the Newcomer of the Year her freshman season, and was a team captain her junior and senior seasons…received All-Conference Honorable Mention her freshman season and was a First Team selection her sophomore campaign…was named First Team All-State by the Colorado High School Soccer Coaches Association and Second Team All-State by the Colorado High School Athletic Association…was selected as the team MVP her sophomore season and was also named the Tri-Valley Conference Player of the Year…her team won the Tri-Valley League Championship in three straight seasons, amassing a 51-6 record…was also a two-team All-Conference Honorable Mention selection in basketball…as a two-year club player for the Arsenal Colorado Academy, she led the team to Colorado State Cup championships in 2016 and 2017…the team was also US Youth Soccer Region IV champions in 2017 and US Youth Soccer National Finalists… was a two-year member of the National Honor Society…her sophomore year, she won the Rotary Youth Leadership Award and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Award…also served as Parliamentarian of Future Farmers of America her junior year and as reporter her senior year.
 
Personal: She is the daughter of Mike and Gabri Vergara…has one brother, Addison…plans to major in Wildlife & Fisheries Biology and Management.
