High School: A two-sport athlete at Grandview High School, Salazar was a two-year varsity letter winner in basketball and four-year letter winner in soccer...was also a three-year honor roll and Spanish honor society student as well as a two-year AP Scholar...was been a member of the Colorado Storm ECNL team for the past three years.

Personal: The daughter of Jose and Maribel Salazar, she has two brothers, Alejandro and Andres, and one sister, Victoria...majoring in criminal justice.
