LARAMIE, Wyoming (8/3/26) – Cobalt Golf announced its All-American Scholar honorees on Monday. A pair of University of Wyoming student-athletes reeled in the award.
Brody Leid and
Kristof Panke were recognized for their work on and off the course. In order to qualify for the award, they must be a sophomore or older, have competed in at least 50 percent of the team's contests, own a stroke average under 76.0 and possess a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. The recipient must also be of high moral character and in good standing at their institution.
Leid was Wyoming's strongest golfer in 2025-26. He laid claim to a scoring average of 71.7 and finished in the top 10 four times, which included sharing fourth at the Mountain West Conference Championships.
Panke owed a scoring average of 73.2. He also had a pair of top 25 finishes in 2025-26.
