LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Oct. 24, 2019) – The Wyoming tennis team continued its final fall tournament of the season Thursday at day two of the ITA Mountain Regional hosted by UNLV.

The Cowgirls got a win from the doubles team of Oleksandra Balaba and Clara Mansart as the duo defeated Stanton and Walsh of Northern Colorado in impressive 8-2 fashion. Meanwhile, the doubles tandem of Ana Fernandez and Ana Royo competing to begin the day. Fernandez and Royo lost their match to Utah's Lamoreaux and Hung, 8-5.

The other match of the day for Wyoming came in the second round of the singles draw as Zarah Mughal was defeated 6-3 and 6-0 by Samantha Li of UNLV.

UW returns Friday with more singles action as Balaba, Fernandez, Mansart and Royo will all be playing consolation bracket matches at the regional.
