LARAMIE, Wyo. (Nov. 16, 2018) – Throughout the Cowgirl volleyball conference season, GoWyo.com will feature Q&A's with the Wyoming volleyball team. Today: senior outside hitter
Emily Lewis.
What made you want to come to Wyoming?
I just really enjoyed the team when I was on my visit. The size of the campus and it's just a really friendly environment on and off campus. We have great community support, so it's a great place to be.
Favorite sport outside of volleyball?
I really like football. That's kind of lame, but I like it.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can cartwheel the best on the team probably.
If you could pick one superpower, what would it be and what would you use it for?
I wish I could teleport and see the world as fast as I want to, and not have to fly on long plane trips.
If you could pick one famous person to meet, who would it be?
I think Will Smith or Steve Carrell, someone who could make me laugh the whole time.
What is your go-to pregame music?
I'm never in charge of music. I have zero music on my phone, so whatever Reed or Cori plays is good with me.
What is your biggest fear?
I really hate bugs that fly at my face. I don't know if that's my biggest fear, but it's definitely something that scares me—even if it's a butterfly.
What is your favorite meal?
I like salmon and asparagus.
Dogs or cats?
Dogs.
