As the No. 7 seed, he placed fifth at the Big 12 Championships, logging wins over Boeden Greenley (North Dakota State), Zyon Trujillo (Utah Valley), No. 6 Gabriel Schumm (Cal Baptist) and No. 8 Marcus Espinoza-Owens (South Dakota State). Swan garnered his first-career ranking, ascending as high as No. 31 in the Coaches’ Ranking. He placed sixth at the Soldier Salute Tournament. Swan was 6-5 in duals.
