2025-26 (Sophomore): Neitenbach started at 184 pounds, compiling a 24-8 record, which included a 14-7 mark against ranked competition. He earned All-American status by way of a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Championships. As the No. 6 seed, Neitenbach advanced to the quarterfinals with wins over No. 27 Aidan Brenot (North Dakota State) and No. 22 Zack Ryder (Oklahoma State). Neitenbach fell to No. 3 Max McEnelly (Minnesota) – who eventually went on to win the NCAA title – in the quarterfinals. Neitenbach toppled No. 16 Rylan Rogers (Lehigh) in the Blood Round and capped his tournament with a loss to No. 2 Aeoden Sinclair (Missouri) and medical forfeit win over Ryder in the seventh-place match. Neitenbach placed runner-up at the Big 12 Championships as the No. 3 seed, scoring wins over Caleb Uhlenhopp (Utah Valley), No. 6 Brian Soldano (Oklahoma) and No. 7 Isaac Dean (Iowa State). Neitenbach’s only loss was to No. 1 Sinclair. Neitenbach added a fourth-place finish at the Cliff Keen Invite. He was 11-2 in duals. At one point in the year, Neitenbach faced seven consecutive ranked guys. He also enjoyed an 11-bout win streak at one point during the season. Neitenbach was a bonus-point machine, as 11 of his wins were of the bonus-point variety. He also garnered NWCA Scholar All-American recognition. 

2024-25 (Freshman): Neitenbach started at 184 pounds, compiling a record of 15-9, which included a 6-8 mark against ranked foes. He went 8-3 in duals and 2-2 in regular-season tournaments. Neitenbach missed some time with injury. He qualified to the NCAA Championships as a No. 19 seed and logged a pair of wins once there. Neitenbach was seeded sixth at the Big 12 Tournament and finished fourth with three wins, two of which were major decisions. He logged his first-career win in the season opener against Campbell, registering a major decision against Cole Rees. Neitenbach boasted his first-career ranked win in impressive fashion, pinning No. 25 Nathan Haas (Cal Baptist). More than half of his wins (nine) were bonus-point victories. Neitenbach was third among starters in takedowns (45) and second in near falls (five).

High School: Neitenbach competed for Buckeye High School. He captured an individual state title as a senior, while also having a third-place finish on his resume. Neitenbach took runner-up at the Indiana Hoosier Preseason Open, and also went 7-1 at the 2023 Junior National Duals.

Personal: Neitenbach is majoring in marketing.
