Junior (2022)
Made 17 starts and played in 89 sets in 2022. Was second on the team with 270 kills and led the way with 3.03 per set. Had 80 digs and 32 total blocks for the season. Had 12 matches with double-digit kills and three with 20-plus. Had 26 kills and six total blocks in the victory at UNM (9/29). Had two double-doubles on the year, with a career-high 12 digs against Creighton (8/27). Second on the team with 293.5 points while averaging a team-high 3.30 per set.
Sophomore (Fall 2021)
Was second on the team with 287 kills in 2021 while her 2.99 per set led the squad. Shime hit .217 overall on the season and had 37 total blocks. Her 2.99 kills per was 10th-best in the MW. Had 12 matches with double-figure kills, including a career-high 21 against Colorado State (11/9). Made 18 starts in 2021 and played in 96 sets. Added 57 digs and a trio of aces on the year. Her 3.24 points per set average ranked second on the Cowgirls.

Played in 10 matches and made a pair of starts while appearing in 34 sets. Fifth on the team with 70 kills and hit .243. Tallied 21 total blocks and had 81 (2.38 per) points. Had three matches with 10 or more kills, including a season-best 11 at Fresno State (3/12). Started her career with nine total blocks at Utah State (2/5). Had five matches where she scored double-digit points.
High School
Shimé was a three-time (2017-19) all-state and all-conference selection who helped lead Riverton to a regional championship in 2017 and 2019 and a fourth place finish at the state tournament her senior season. The co-team captain recorded 1,899 career kills and 1,435 career digs. In 2019, Shimé led the way with an impressive 677 kills and 506 digs.
In addition to her volleyball accolades, Shimé was also a decorated track athlete, setting the 3A state record in the long jump in 2018 with a leap of 18-8.75. Shimé was a two-year National Honor Society participant and carries a 4.02 cumulative GPA.
