Kiahlei Yaste was a solid contributor for the Cowgirls in her first season with the program • Appeared in 13 matches for the Cowgirls—including two starts—totaling 26 sets played • Recorded 29 digs on a 1.12 digs per set average • Also added a kill, a pair of assists and three service aces • Recorded a career high seven assists in the Pokes’ win over Montana State.

Before Wyoming
Helped lead Sheridan College to a second-place finish in the Region IX Tournament this past fall • Recorded 143 kills, 288 digs, 21 aces and 37 blocks in her final season • A 2016 graduate of University High School in Greeley, Colo. • Was a four-year letterwinner at University, including team captain her senior season • Also an All-State selection as a senior.

Kiahlei Adele Yaste is the daughter of Tausha Montgomery and Kyle Yaste • Born November 6, 1997 • Has two brothers, Josh and Dalton • Plans to study kinesiology at UW.
