Biography

JUNIOR (2024-25): Named to the All-Mountain West Doubles Team for the second consecutive season. Partnered with Dilnaz Mashabayeva for most of the season. The duo went 15-6 overall on the season, went 9-3 in duals and compiled a 6-2 Mountain West mark. Mountain West All-Singles Team honoree as well. Had a team-high 17 doubles wins overall on the season. Recorded five singles victories. Borodina and Mashabayeva finished the season No. 4 in the final ITA Mountain Region rankings.

SOPHOMORE (2023-24): Set a single-season program record with 28 doubles wins during the season along with partner Sophie Zehender. Was named to the All-Mountain West Doubles Team along with Zehender. Posted a mark of 7-2 in league play as a tandem. Went 14-12 overall in singles action and was 13-10 in duals. Went 5-5 in singles play in Mountain West matchups. Posted a 4-1 mark at the No. 2 singles spot during the season. Went 19-5 in dual action in doubles, all at the No. 1 position.

FRESHMAN (2022-23): Led the Cowgirls with 16 dual wins in 2023, including recording a 9-3 mark at the No. 4 spot. Also led the team with an 8-1 record in Mountain West play. Went 13-8 in doubles action along with her partner, Maria Oreshkina. Went 6-3 in doubles play during league action. Was a three-time Mountain West Freshman of the Week selection.
