Biography

FRESHMAN (2024-25): Registered nine doubles wins and six singles victories in 2024-25. Was named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.

High School
Placed third at the New Zealand Secondary School Championships. Was a two-time captain of the Senior A Team at St. Margaret's. In 2021, placed second at the Secondary Championships while representing at the B2 Oceania Junior Championships. 2023 winner of the Silver Tie with Gold Academic Bar for Excellence. Young was also a Reeves Trophy finalist for the Sportswoman of the Year and was a finalist for the Hiatt Cup, given to the athlete with the Most Outstanding Sporting Achievement.
