FRESHMAN (2014-15): She recorded a 4-7 record in singles action in the fall. She won the first match of her career over Ambert Stuhlman of Utah State (9/19/14). She played in nine doubles matches with four different partners in doubles. Saw limited action in the spring. Played in two singles matches and one doubles match. HIGH SCHOOL: One of the top players in the senior singles in Uruguay. She is a member of the Federation Cup while being ranked 994th in the WTA and 330th in the ITA. She attended Seadea High School in Buenos Aires. PERSONAL: Born March 11, 1994 in Chambray les-toulon, France. Mercier is the daughter of Frederic Mercier and Silvano Casavetto. She has a younger sister, Margot. Majoring in business administration.
