Doyle-Guetlein enters her second season as the associate head coach with the Cowgirls’ soccer program. Wyoming owns a 7-6-6 record with her on staff.
Doyle-Guetlein’s inaugural season in Laramie featured many highlights. The Cowgirls logged their first-ever ranked road win, blanking No. 15 Georgia, 1-0, in Athens. Alyssa Glover not only led the Mountain West Conference in goals (11) and points (25), but those two numbers also matched program records for a single season.
Prior to her time in Laramie, Doyle-Guetlein was an assistant coach at Oregon for five seasons. She also had a two-year stints as an assistant coach with Hawaii and before that Eastern Kentucky.
Doyle-Guetlein played collegiately at Washington State where she earned a degree in kinesiology. She was named second-team Academic All-American in addition to reeling in first-team All-Academic Pac-12 honors twice.
Doyle-Guetlein was successful on the pitch, as well, garnering second-team All-Pac-12 honors three consecutive years. She was also named a captain three straight years.
