2024-25 (Junior)
2025 All-Mountain West Team honoree. 2025 Mountain West Championship All-Tournament Team member. Finished 11th in the Mountain West in scoring averaging 14 points per game. Was ninth in the league in assists averaging 2.9 a contest. Pedersen’s 49-percent shooting from the floor was third-best in the MW. Shot 38.3-percent from 3-point range, was second on the team with 51 made 3-pointers and was 16th in the conference averaging 1.5 made threes a game. Second on the Cowgirls with 24 steals. Shot 54-of-60 (90-percent) from the free-throw line. In conference play, Pedersen’s 15.6 points per game ranked eighth while her 53-percent shooting overall was second-best in the MW. In conference-only contests, Pedersen was sixth in the league with 3.1 assists per game and was tied for third with an assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.0. Started all 34 games in 2024-25 and scored in double figures in 29 contests and had six games with 20-plus points. Scored a career-high 27 points in the regular season finale victory over UNLV (3/5). Played in all 33 games and made 32 starts. Led the team in minutes played per game at 29.7. Second on the team in scoring with 11 points per game. Averaged 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. Second on the team with 29 steals and 54 made free throws while making 90-percent (54-60) at the line. Scored in double figures 21 times and tied a career-high with 24 points against UTSA (3/24) to open the WNIT. Tied a career-high with eight made field goals and four made 3-pointers in the contest. Scored 15-plus in six games and had 14 games with five-or-more made field goals. Had a 1.8 assist-to-turnover ratio. Third on the team with 70 total assists and was second on the team with 34 made 3-pointers and 137 field goals. Shot nearly 47-percent from the field.

2022-23 (Freshman)
Was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Year while being selected to the league’s All-Freshman Team and was named to the MW Tournament All-Tournament Team. Started in all 34 games during the season and was second on the team averaging 11 points per game, was third with four rebounds per contest and was second on the team with 81 assists. Led all Mountain West freshman in scoring and assists per game. Was second on the team with 133 made field goals on 47-percent shooting. Made 27 3-pointers in 2022-23. Led the team with 82 made free throws while shooting 88-percent at the free-throw line, which led the league. Scored in double figures 19 times and had two contests with 20-or-more points. Tallied a career-best 24 points in the Mountain West Tournament against SJSU (3/6). Grabbed a season-best nine rebounds, twice and had seven assists at Air Force (1/11). Was named the league’s Freshman of the Week five times.

Club Career
Pedersen spent her club career in Denmark playing for Aabyhoj IF in the Danish Women’s League, where she was a two-time All-Star selection in 2019 and 2021 ... while playing in the Danish Women’s League, Pedersen was named the 2019 League Talent of the Year after leading Aabyhoj IF to the league title, while also taking home player of the game in the final. Pedersen averaged nearly 15 points per game on 55.6-percent shooting from the floor and 38-percent from 3-point range in 17 contests. Pedersen also averaged 5.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game in 2019. In 2021, Pedersen averaged 19.3 points, 8.3 boards, 3.1 assists and 2.6 steals per game for Aabyhoj in 13 games ... Pedersen also played for the Denmark National Team in the 2019-20 FIBA Women’s Eurobasket Qualifiers and helped the Danish U16 National Team win the 2017 European Championships Division B title, while being selected to the All-Star Team ... during her club career, Pedersen also participated in the Scandia Cup for six years, helping Denmark to first-place finishes from 2015-18. Pedersen was named to the Scandia Cup All-Tournament Team all six years and was the tournament’s MVP, five times. Pedersen also led her squad in the European Girls Basketball League to three titles (2016-18) while also taking home the league’s MVP honors all three seasons.
