Joslin Igo is in her first season as the director of operations for the Cowgirls in 2026-27.

Igo spent the previous season as an assistant coach at Casper College and as the head coach of the U16 Girls 24 MD Team Daum. The Douglas native spent two seasons with the Brown & Gold after transferring from Casper College. Igo was a part of a pair of postseason Cowgirl teams (WBIT and WNIT) and helped lead UW to a program record 14 Mountain West wins in 2025. At Casper, Igo helped lead the T-Birds to a pair of Region IX titles and two appearances in the NJCAA National Tournament.
