2014-15: Posted one mark in Wyoming's all-time top 10 during the season...indoors ran in four meets...notched a personal-best 5:19.36 in the mile at the Rocky Mountain Classic on Feb. 20...outdoors ran the fifth-fastest 10,000 meters in school history in 36:55.67 for 13th at the MW Championships...also placed 21st in the 5,000 meters at the meet...ran a personal-best 17:35.12 in the 5,000 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite on April 25...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Ran one all-time top-10 time during the season...indoors competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the MW Championships...outdoors ran the fifth-fastest 10,000 meters in school history with 37:04.28 at the MW Championships...also competed in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet...ran personal bests of 4:59.61 in the 1,500 meters and 17:38.91 in the 5,000 meters during the season.
2012-13: During the indoor season, competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the MW Championships...placed 22nd (10:28) and 11th (18:20), respectively...earned a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the Air Force Invite, running a 10:21.33 for second place...achieved a personal-best 18:00.28 in the 5,000 meters at the Husker Invite for sixth place...competed in the 5,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invite, placing second in 18:28...outdoors, competed in the 10,000 meters at the MW Championships, placing 10th in a personal-best 39:30...ran the 5,000 meters in a fifth-place time of 18:53 at the Jack Christiansen Invite...came in third in the 5,000 meters in 18:21 at the Fum McGraw Quad...named a 2012-13 MW Scholar Athlete.
2011-12: During the indoor season, competed in the 3,000 meters at the Air Force Invite for third place in 10:41...also ran for the distance medley that placed fourth at the AF Invite in 13:09...for the outdoor season, ran the 5,000 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite for seventh place in 18:44.

2014-15: Finished in Wyoming's top seven in five of six meets during the season...top showing was 50th at the Mountain West Championships in 22:20 to finish as UW's six runner...also placed 21st at the Aggie Invite in 20:31 and 37th at the Montana State Invite in 18:26...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Claimed a spot in Wyoming's top five in all six meets during the season...top performance was 32nd overall and third on the team in 22:51 at the Mountain West Championships...placed fourth on the team and 15th overall in 19:06 at the Utah Valley Invite...earned 20th overall and fifth on the team in 18:17 at the Highlander Invite...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2012-13: Finished in Wyoming's top five in each of the five meets she competed in during the season...achieved sixth place at the Rust Buster in 15:06 ... placed 13th at the Montana St. Invitational in 18:07 ... finished 18th at the Highlander Invitational in 14:30 ... earned 36th place at the Mountain West Championship in 22:24 ... competed in the NCAA Mountain Regional in 22:02 for 57th place ... named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete.
2011-12: Placed 27th at the Wyoming Invitational in 16:12 ... came in 62nd place in 23:33 at the Woody Greeno Invite ... finished in 23:15 for 25th place at the Rocky Mountain Shootout ... ran a 24:02 at Pre-Nationals ... competed at the MW Championship for a 36th-place finish in 23:02 ... achieved 84th place in 23:25 at the NCAA Mountain Regional ... named MW Academic All-Conference.

Before Wyoming: At Central High School, was a three-year letterwinner in cross country and earned letters in outdoor and indoor track two years ... an all-conference runner in cross country in 2009 ... an honor roll student all four years of high school and was in the National Honor Society from 2009-10.
