He finished 11th at the MW Indoor Championships in the 400 and helped the 4x400 team earn a sixth place finish. During the outdoor campaign, he appeared in only one event. High School: Graduate of Burns High School. He earned state titles in both the 200 meter and 400 meters in high school and nearly won a title in the 100 meters. He owns the state record in the 400 meters. Also competed in football and basketball in high school.
