Junior (2015-16): Sullivan once again had another successful season wearing the brown and gold. At the 2016 MW Championships, she finished 12th overall in both the 100 (54.93) and 200 back events for UW (1:58.50). Sullivan began the season winning both events against New Mexico State. She recorded times of 57.29 and 2:05.38 in the 100 and 200 back, respectively. She also won the 100 back the next day against New Mexico with a time of 56.48. She then won the 100 back again in the double-dual with NAU and LSU, just before claiming victory in the 200 back against Colorado State (2:04.93). Sullivan was a key part of helping UW win it’s first-ever meet over a Pac-12 opponent, as she took second place in both the 100 (56.62) and 200 back (2:02.75). As the final tune-up before the MW Championships, Sullivan brought home two more victories in the double-dual with UNLV and Nevada. She again won the 100 and 200 back with times of 55.50 and 2:00.43, respectively. 

Sophomore (2014-15): Sullivan's sophomore season was just as impressive as her first with the Cowgirls. She won the 200 backstroke against defending WAC Champion Northern Arizona with a mark of 57.31. She won two events against Cal Poly by winning the 100 and 200 backstroke with times of 58.93 and 2:06.45, respectively. She brought home the 200 backstroke against UC Santa Barbara, was on the 400 medley relay team that broke the Corbett Pool record with a time of 3:47.53 and was also a part of the 200 freestyle relay team that won with a time of 1:36.16. She won the 200 backstroke title with a mark of 2:07.26 against Air Force. Sullivan was named to the All-MW team in the 200 backstroke along with teammate Connor Tarver. She finished sixth in the 200 backstroke at the Championships, which proved to be a personal-best and third-fastest time in Cowgirl history with a time of 1:59.48 and 10th in the 100 backstroke with a mark of 55.47.

Freshman (2013-14): Sullivan made an immediate impact on the Cowgirls in her freshman season earning All-Mountain West honors in the 200 backstroke. At the MW Championship she finished seventh in the event with a time of 1:59.34. In the preliminaries of the event she swam a career-best 1:58.38, a mark that ranks third all-time at UW. She also scored points for the Cowgirls at the MW Championship in the 100 backstroke finishing 14th with a career-best time of 55.57, as her time ranks fifth all-time at Wyoming. She earned her first career event win against UIC taking the crown in the 100 backstroke at 58.15. She also earned a win in the event against UNLV and Nevada. She earned her first 200 backstroke event victory against New Mexico, Nevada and Grand Canyon with a time 2:04.00.

High School: Sullivan joins the Cowgirls from Tumwater High School in Tumwater, Wash. She earned state titles during her career in the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle. She was also part of 200 and 400 freestyle relay state championship teams. She helped break a Washington state record in the 200 and 400 freestyle relay. She was a First Team All-State selection during her freshman, sophomore and senior seasons. She also excelled in the classroom as a Tumwater High School Scholar and Math and Science Award recipient.

Personal: Sullivan was born on July 27, 1995 in Olympia, Wash. She is the daughter of Joe and Debbie and has one younger brother Jay and a younger sister Claire. She is undecided on a major at UW. She was also recruited by Idaho, New Mexico and Kansas.
