Marco is in his first season with the Cowboys. He comes to Wyoming from Florida Atlantic spending the 2023 season as associate head strength and condition coach. He was an assistant there during the 2021 season.
He spent the 2022 season as an assistant at Liberty. He spent the 2020 season working at Kansas as an assistant coach.Â
He is a graduate of Washburn University playing both football and Baseball. He was a MIAA All-conference selection twice. He was a Ben Muir Six Second Competitor . He also spent time with the Oakland Raiders in 2018. Â
