He finished the spring second on the depth chart at fullback. 2015: Ellis appeared in eight contests for the Pokes primarily used both as a fullback and on special teams. He started one game at fullback against Appalachian State. 2014: Ellis added depth to the fullback spot for the Cowboys appearing in eight contests.
