Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography UW This Season: After being on the offensive side of the ball in 2012, Quinlan now will be featured on the defense as a `buck,' a position that combines responsibilities of a linebacker and a defensive end.2012: Quinlan played all 12 games for the Pokes at the H-back spot on the offense as a lead blocker. He made an impact in the game versus UNLV, catching a 5-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Brett Smith in the first quarter. The Cowboys eventually won the game, 28-23, as Quinlan and the Cowboy offense powered its way to 507 total yards of offense.2011: Quinlan did not play in 2011.2010: Quinlan joined the Cowboys in the fall of 2010 after transferring from Central Washington University. He sat out of competition to satisfy NCAA transfer rules.2009: Quinlan attended Central Washington for one season.High School: A standout at two positions for coach Terry Ennis at Archbishop Murphy High School, Quinlan earned All-State and All-Conference honors at defensive end with 83 tackles and was named the East/West All-State MVP. He also earned All-Conference honors at tight end, catching four touchdown passes. As a junior, he claimed All-Conference honors at both positions and was also an All-Conference defensive end as a sophomore. Quinlan helped the team finish in the top four in the state three times. In the classroom, he was on the honor roll all four years and was given the WIAA Sportsmanship Award twice.Personal: Born on July 11, 1991, he is the son of Teresa and Bill Quinlan and has one sister.
