Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography UW This Season: Charlie Renfree heads into fall camp listed as the co-starter at center with fellow senior Du’Ryan Ebbesen. Renfree missed 2016 spring drills with an injury, but was the Cowboys’ regular starter as a sophomore in 2015. 2015: Renfree appeared in 11 contests for the Cowboys at center starting each of those 11 games. He missed the San Diego State game due to injury. Renfree helped pave the way for running back Brian Hill, who was the nation’s ninth leading rusher with 1,631 yards. 2014: Renfree played in three games in a reserve role for the Cowboys. He made his first career appearance at Oregon and also played against Florida Atlantic and Michigan State.2013: Redshirted. High School: Renfree earned All-State, All-Section and All-City honors both his junior and senior seasons. Renfree was ranked as the No. 34 recruit in the state of Arizona by 247Sports.com as a senior. He was selected to the Arizona Division I All-State Second Team as a senior by the Arizona Republic. He led his Brophy College Prep team to a 10-3 record and the semifinals of the state playoffs. His junior season, Brophy Prep compiled an 11-1 record and advanced to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs. He played for head football coach Scooter Molander. Personal: Born Aug. 30, 1994, he is the youngest of three sons of Lisa and Kevin Renfree. His oldest brother Sean played quarterback at Duke from 2009-12. His father played linebacker at Notre Dame. Renfree was also recruited by Idaho, Nevada and San José State. He is pursuing a degree in social science at UW.
