Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography UW This Season: Hendrix missed the 2014 spring season with an injury. 2013: Hendrix played against Nebraska and Idaho in 2013, but did not have any tackles. 2012: Hendrix did not play in any games in 2012. Junior College: Hendrix transferred to UW after playing his redshirt freshman season at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, Minn. In his first season at Rochester, Hendrix earned First Team All-Region honors, while helping his team to an 11-1 record and the Minnesota State Junior College Championship. Rochester concluded the season ranked No. 17 in the final National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) football poll. They played in the Graphic Edge Bowl where they lost to No. 7 ranked Iowa Western College. It was the Yellowjackets' only loss of the season. Hendrix was credited with 43 tackles, intercepted six passes for 106 yards, broke up 14 other passes, forced one fumble and returned one interception for a touchdown. He also returned nine punts/kickoffs for 241 yards. Individually, Hendrix ranked No. 8 in the nation in pass defense with 20 passes defended (six interceptions and 14 pass breakups). As a team, Rochester's defense ranked 10th in the nation in pass defense, allowing only 134.6 yards per game, and ranked No. 12 in total defense, giving up only 248.3 yards per game. His head coach at Rochester CC was Derrick Hintz. 2010: Hendrix attended West Liberty State College in West Liberty, W.Va., as a freshman. High School: Hendrix played his high school football at O'Fallon Township High School in his hometown of O'Fallon, Ill. As a high school senior, he was selected to the All-St. Louis Metro Team and was a First Team All-Southwestern Conference selection. He helped lead his team to an 8-4 record and the quarterfinals of the state playoffs as a senior. He made 64 tackles, recorded two sacks, intercepted one pass, broke up eight passes, forced one fumble and scored one touchdown on defense. He also rushed for 774 yards on 118 carries and scored six TDs as a running back on offense.
