TRACK & FIELD

2015-16: Competed in four indoor meets…placed third in the 400 meters at the Power Meet in Laramie to start the 2015 season…helped UW to a first-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in the same meet…helped UW to another 4x400-relay win at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 30…posted an indoor PR of 58.51 in the 400 meters on Feb. 13 at the Don Kirby Invite… redshirted the outdoor season…posted a perfect 4.0 GPA, garnering MW Scholar Athlete honors.

2014-15: Indoors competed in five meets...focused on the 400 and 800 meters...outdoors ran in five meets as well...best showing was 58.21 in the 400 meters for seventh at the Cowpoke Open on May 1...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2013-14: Focused on the 400 meters and Wyoming's 4x400-meter relay...indoors ran a personal-best 58.94 in the 400 meters at the Air Force Open on Feb. 15...ran on Wyoming's distance medley relay at the MW Championships...outdoors posted a personal-best 57.82 in the 400 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite on April 26...finished 18th in the 400 meters at the MW Championships...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2014-15: Did not compete during the cross country season...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2013-14: Redshirted...did not compete during the cross country season.

Before Wyoming: Competed under coach Rick Bishop at Central High School...as a senior earned all-state honors in the 400 meters with a school-record 56.5 to place third...also placed second in the triple jump at the state meet with a jump of 36-0 1/4...earned fifth place in the 200 meters in 25.3...also owned a personal best of 25.1 in the 200 meters...also competed in indoor track and volleyball.

Personal: The daughter of Doug and Kim Alexander...parents played football and volleyball, respectively, at Chadron State...has one brother, Kyle, who is also currently on the UW track and field team...majoring in elementary education at UW...also recruited by Western Oregon and New Mexico Highlands.
