We invite you to host your event in the Wildcatter Stadium Club! This striking facility has played host to all kinds of events from receptions to board meetings, and could very well suit the event you have in mind.
The Wildcatter Club Lounge has over 3,000 square feet of space to spread out in for your event. We have AV/Sound equipment available for use (refer to Direct Costs above), providing you access to over 30 flat-screen televisions in the lounge area.
An elegant bar area accompanies an expansive kitchen to meet all your catering needs. Athletics does not arrange food or beverage service as it is the responsibility of the hosting party.
Pricing: includes tables and chairs in the "Game Day" setup. All other requests will incur fees as per the direct costs.
Capacity: Banquet capacity is estimated using 60" round tables seating 8 per table. Reception capacity is estimated with guests standing and a limited number of 32" round tables seating 4 per table.
