Before You Arrive

Mobile tickets and mobile parking can easily be accessed using the WYO Athletics app, the official mobile app of the Wyoming Cowboys and Cowgirls. In advance of game day, you MUST add all your mobile tickets and mobile parking permits to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet in advance. Tickets are not valid for entry unless added to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.

  • By using the ALL-IN-1 feature, mobile season tickets and mobile season parking passes only need to be added to your mobile wallet one time for the entirety of the season. After the first event, the next event will automatically appear in your mobile wallet. The ALL-IN-1 feature is not compatible with single event tickets.
  • If there is a change to the event, your mobile tickets and mobile parking passes will automatically be adjusted if in your mobile wallet.
  • If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their ticket in case they get separated from your party.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE MOBILE TICKETS?
Mobile tickets can only be used on an iPhone or Android device. If you have an iPhone, you will use the Apple Wallet app to access your downloaded tickets. If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system, you will use the Google Pay app. Mobile tickets cannot be printed and screenshots will not be used. You can also have multiple tickets on the same smartphone and you'll be able to swipe through your available tickets in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.

HOW DO MOBILE TICKETS WORK?
All tickets will be delivered in one text or email with one link for each game.
The tickets emailed with a link are valid tickets. Your tickets will not contain a barcode for the 2025-26 year. You will not be able to screenshot a ticket and send to a friend, you will need to transfer each ticket.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE SEASON TICKET DELIVERY EMAIL?
Verify the email address on your account is the correct email. Some email may get filtered to your spam or trash folder.

AM I ABLE TO SCREENSHOT MY MOBILE TICKETS?
No, screenshots of tickets will not be valid for entry. If you want to share your tickets, please transfer your tickets.

WHAT IF MY GUESTS AND I ARE NOT ARRIVING TOGETHER?

All tickets should be transferred from your My Account page to your individual guests.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE?
If you are unable to transfer your tickets online to another individual in your party that has a smartphone and you are unable to enter the stadium with that individual, please contact the ticket office at 307-766-7220.

WHAT IF MY PHONE DIES ON GAME DAY?
If you are unable to access your email or your mobile tickets on game day, please visit the ticket office at Gate 4.

WHEN SHOULD I DOWNLOAD MY MOBILE TICKETS?
All mobile tickets can be downloaded & added to your smartphone digital wallet as soon as they have been sent. It is recommended that all tickets are downloaded prior to game day as cellular reception may be weak and wifi is not available.

WHY DO MY TICKETS NOT HAVE A BARCODE?
Tickets now utilize our Tap to Scan Technology. You must download your mobile ticket(s) and add to your Apple or Google Pay Wallet in advance. At the gate, tap your phone on the ticket scanner. Swipe through to tap and scan each ticket. Tickets do not have barcodes or QR codes. Screen shots are not accepted.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT DOES NOT HAVE A TICKET ACCOUNT?
When the recipient receives the transfer text or email, they will be prompted to create an account. They must create an account to complete and accept the ticket transfer. It is free to create an account and accept transferred tickets. If the recipient has an existing account, is an Athletics Donor or has previously purchased tickets, it is recommended that they log in to that account and not create a new account.

CAN TRANSFERS BE CANCELED?
Yes, if the recipient has not yet accepted the transfer. This can be canceled on the same My Account page showing pending transfers. However, once the transfer has been accepted it can no longer be canceled.

WHEN I TRANSFER A TICKET, WILL IT STILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT?
No, when you have successfully transferred a ticket, the ticket will be in the recipient's account.
