Alcoholic Beverages – Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any Athletic Department facility.
Baby Strollers – Folding baby strollers (collapsible umbrella-style) are allowed in War Memorial Stadium and the Arena- Auditorium during athletic events if they can be placed under the patron’s seat. Individuals arriving at an event with a stroller that does not adhere to this “fold-up design” will be asked to return it to their car.
Banners, Flyers and Advertisements – All such materials are prohibited at Wyoming Athletic events unless specifically approved by the Wyoming Athletics Department. Non-political/non-commercial signs are permissible at games as long as they are in good taste and do not block the view of fans.
Elevator Usage – All persons using the elevator in War Memorial Stadium must present a Wildcatter Suite or Club ticket, a Press Box pass, or an elevator pass for admittance. Other patrons needing access to the elevator should contact an event staff member for assistance.
Entry – Gates for Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium open two hours prior to kickoff. Articles such as blankets, coats, diaper bags, backpacks, fanny packs, and purses are subject to search at all entries into War Memorial Stadium. Re-Entry into the stadium is not permitted.
Prohibited Items:
- Glass Containers of any kind
- Animals (unless a registered service animal)
- Outside Food or Drink
- Coolers
- Flags on poles or sticks
- Weapons
- Noisemakers
- Tobacco of any kind
- Seatbacks 16.5” or wider (or containing large pockets/ compartments)
- Cameras/ Video cameras using flash
Radios – Radios are permitted, but patrons are encouraged to use earphones for the consideration of other fans.
Scalping of Tickets – Ticket scalping is not allowed on University property. It does not matter whether the price is a higher value, face value or a discounted price. Please report any ticket scalpers to uniformed officers.
Seatbacks- Seatbacks are available for season rental through Cowboy Joe Club please call 307.766.6242 to order yours! Patrons may also bring their own seatbacks of 16.5” or smaller. Seatbacks with large pockets or compartments are not allowed.
Security – All security is coordinated and provided by UW Police Department with cooperation from the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, Laramie City Police Department and contracted workers. If you require assistance, please look for a uniformed officer or gameday security.
Standing– Standing is not allowed on the ramps, portal entries or in the aisles. All patrons must occupy an established seat while the game is in progress.
Umbrellas – Open umbrellas are permitted in War Memorial Stadium. Please show courtesy to those around you.
Lost and Found – Lost and found items may be turned in at the WYO Athletic Ticket Office located at the Stadium entrance of the Arena Auditorium (across form Gate 8). All items are then given to the University of Wyoming Police Department. The UW Police lost and found office may be contacted at 307.766.5179
Medical – One medical station is located on the lower west side, and one on the upper east side.
