HIGH SCHOOL COACHES - COMPLIMENTARY GAME TICKETS
2025-26 Admission Policy
Complimentary home game tickets are a token of our appreciation for all you do as basketball coaches. We ask that you use the following procedures when requesting your two (2) complimentary admissions to our home games:
1. You must be a current member of the 2025-26 Wyoming Coaches Association or your respective state Coaches Association.
2. Tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Online requests will be received starting at 10:00 a.m. one week prior to each home game or at 10:00 a.m. the morning following a previous game within that same week.
3. Online requests will close at 12 noon, the day before each home game or unless all allotted tickets have been reserved. The University of Wyoming makes 50 tickets available to High Coaches Association members and their guests for each home game.
4. If you have reserved passes and are unable to attend, please call 307-766-7220 and remove your name from the list. Failure to notify us by 5 p.m. the day before the game will jeopardize future admissions.
5. In order to be admitted into the game, each coach will be required to show a photo ID at the pass gate. Your name MUST be on our list to receive tickets.
6. On game day, you will go to the East entrance of Arena Auditorium (Kenny Sailors Lobby). After showing required identification, you will be asked to sign for ticket stubs. You and your guest must enter the arena at that time. Doors will open one hour prior to tip-off.
7. Additional tickets may only be made available to coaches in the same manner they are made available to the general public. You can purchase additional tickets by calling 307-766-7220. High School Coaches complimentary tickets will generally be in section H.
8. As a guest at our stadium, we ask that you wear Wyoming brown and gold or a neutral color/logo to our events.
9. University of Wyoming staff and police reserve the right to deny admission to anyone that does not follow these rules.
