Honors: Academic All-Mountain West (2019)

2021-22
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the shot put at six meets during the season… Posted a season best mark of 44-9.75 at the Power Meet… Finished fourth at both the Prairie Wolf Invite and the Potts Invitational… Earned a sixth-place finish at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a toss of 42-2.75. 

2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Set a new career best in the shot put with a toss of 41-3.25 at the Power Meet… Had a solid outing at the Championships at the Peak finishing 16^th with a mark of 41-0.5… Finished 13th at the Air Force Invitational in the shot put. 
Outdoor Track and Field: Earned a 14^th place finish in the shot put at the MW Championships… Also placed 16^th in the discus at the MW Championships… Set a new career best in the shot put at the Kit Mayer Classic with a toss of 43-5.75… Won the discus at the Kit Mayer Classic with a season best mark of 150-3. 


2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Had a career-best shot put mark of 40-7.5 at the Air Force Open… Competed in the shot put two other times during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
 
2018-19
Indoor Track & Field: Recorded a career-best shot put of 40-2.25 at the Power Meet (12/7) to finish third… Had a career-best weight throw mark of 51-9.75 at the Powder River Dual (1/26) to place third.
Outdoor Track & Field: Was the Cowgirls’ top discus thrower with a career-best mark of 151-9 at the Doug Max Invite (4/14) where she placed sixth… Had a career-best throw in the hammer throw with a mark of 134-9 at the Tom Benich Invite (3/31) where she placed 10th… Earned academic all-MW honors.

2017-18
Indoor Track & Field: Redshirted during the indoor season.
Outdoor Track & Field: Redshirted during the outdoor season.

High School: Earned four varsity letters each in track & field, volleyball and basketball at Cheyenne East High School, where she was coached by Travis Eldridge in track & field... State discus champion in 2016 and 2017 as well as state shot put champion in 2016… Three-time conference champion in the discus… Two-time all-state selection… Named to the Best of the Best list at the state level for the discus in 2017 and shot put in 2016… Holds the school record in the discus at 142-10… Three-time all-state selection in basketball, helping her team to a state championship in 2017… Holds the career rebounds record at Cheyenne East and scored over 1,000 points in high school… Three-time all-state selection in volleyball, helping her team to three state championships… Named the Gatorade Wyoming Volleyball Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015… Named a high school All-American by PrepVolleyball.com in 2015 and 2016… Holds single-season and career hitting percentage and kill percentage records at Cheyenne East… Named Wyoming Tribune-Eagle Laramie County Female Athlete of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2017… Also a finalist for the Milward Simpson Wyoming Athlete of the Year in 2017… Participant in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Future Farmers of America… Involved in church activities and community volunteering.
 
Personal: Daughter of Sheri and John, who was a thrower at UW from 1982-1987…her grandfather was an All-American shot putter at California from 1953-1955…recruited by a number of Division I institutions for track & field, volleyball and basketball, including Kansas, Kansas State, Colorado State, Arizona, Arizona State, Nebraska, Oregon State and Iowa among others.
