2017-18: During the indoor season, had a season-best long jump of 17 feet, 8.25 inches at the Powder River Dual, where she placed third… Had a season best triple jump of 38-11 at the Power Meet, where she finished first in the event… At the Mountain West Indoor Championships, she placed 16^th in the triple jump with a leap of 37-2.5… In the outdoor season, had a season-best long jump of 17-1.25 at the Jerry Quiller Classic where she placed fourth… Also competed in the triple jump, with her best leap of the season coming at the NoCo Challenge with a mark of 37-1.25 where she placed sixth… In the classroom, earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

2016-17: Recorded three top-three finishes in the triple jump during the indoor season, winning the event at the Power Meet with a mark of 38-3.5…was the runner-up at the Rocky Mountain Classic with a mark of 38-9.5 before taking eighth place at the MW indoor championships with a mark of 37-10.75…outdoors, had five top-five finishes in the triple jump…posted an outdoor season-best 38-0.75 for third place at the Jack Christiansen Invite…took 12^th in the triple jump at the MW outdoor championships, jumping 37-0.5…named to the Academic All-Mountain West team for her efforts in the classroom.
 
2015-16: Posted two UW All-Time Top 10 marks during the season…finished in the top six in the triple jump in every indoor meet she competed in…saved her season-best mark in the triple jump for the MW indoor championships, where she finished sixth at 39-7.75, the No. 3 UW all-time mark…placed 21st in the long jump at the MW indoor championships with a mark of 17-2.25…posted eight top-10 individual event finishes during the outdoor season…took ninth in the triple jump at the MW outdoor championships, leaping 38-7, the No. 7 UW all-time mark…named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom, recording a 3.41 GPA.
 
Before Wyoming: As a senior finished as the state runner-up in the long jump, was regional runner-up in the long and triple jump and was city-league champion in both events...broke school records in both events as well...won regional titles in both events as a freshman...owned personal bests of 18-2 in the long jump and 37-4 in the triple jump...also helped her volleyball team win two regional championships as an outside hitter...was named all-state honorable mention in volleyball...a varsity letterwinner in track and field and volleyball all three years...coached by Michael Draut.
 
Personal: Daughter of Stephanne Seals and Daryl Handlin...has one sister, Antonea...born May 18, 1997...also recruited by Oklahoma State and Omaha...majoring in biology at UW.
