Junior (2015): Ramer had another solid season in the midfield for
the Cowgirls...appeared in 17 matches, making 12 starts and totaled 925
minutes...had two goals on the season, with one each against Hawaii and
Northern Colorado...notched two assists as well, giving her six total
points for the season...attempted 25 shots and had eight shots on goal
during her junior season with the Cowgirls.
Sophomore (2014): Played in all 21 matches with 15
starts...had nine points...took 31 shots with three goals and assisted
on three other goals...scored one goal each against Air Force, New
Mexico and South Dakota...her goal against New Mexico was
game-winning-goal during the overtime period at the Mountain West
Championship for the 2-1 victory sending UW to the Championship
match...14 of her 31 shots were on goal... named to the Capital One
Academic All-District VII First Team by the College Sports Information
Directors of America...accumulated 1,419 minutes...earned her second
letter with the Cowgirls.
Freshman (2013): Played in 20 matches, starting against
New Mexico and Nebraska-Omaha as a true freshman for the Cowgirls...had
two points from one goal on the season...took 12 shots, with seven on
goal...took three shots against Idaho State and two at UNO with one each
against Drake, Weber State, Northern Colorado, Colorado State, Utah
State, San Diego State and Fresno State...tallied 809 minutes on the
season...earned Academic All-Conference honors.
High School: As a forward, Ramer joined the Cowgirls
after being named the Minnesota Class-A Player of the Year and was a
two-time first team all-state selection...after a breakout senior
season, was named the 2012 Rochester Area Female Athlete of the Year and
listed on the all-state tournament team...holds the school record in
career points, goals and assists and single-season records in points,
goals and assists...also played for the St. Croix Academy club team that
won the Midwest Regional League in 2012 and was a member of the
Minnesota Olympic Development Team in 2011...an all-around athlete, was a
four-time all-conference track and field selection and helped her
4x800-meter relay team to two state championships and multiple section
championships...served as class president, vice president of the student
council and was a member of the National Honor Society on top of
serving as a volunteer at a senior living center.
Personal: Born January 23 in Rochester, Minn...is the
daughter of Carroll and Amy Ramer and has one brother, Logan...majoring
in pre-pharmacy at UW.
