2015-16 (Senior): Emily Woodard played 18 rounds for UW during her senior season. During the fall, she shot a 254 (+38) at the Cowgirl Desert Intercollegiate • Her best finish came at the Grand Canyon Invite • She shot a 238 (+25) and tied for 35th place for UW • Woodard tied for 56th at the BYU at Entrada Classic with a 245 (+29) • Woodard closed out her career as a Cowgirl at the Bobcat Spring Invite • She posted her season-low 74 (+2) to open the tournament and finished with a 234 (+18).
2014-15 (Junior): Woodard played in eight of the 11 tournaments for the Cowgirls during the 2014-15 season • Averaged 81.1 strokes per round for UW after playing in 24 total rounds • Top finish was at the Matador Invitational where she tied for 42nd place with a total score of 253 (+37) • At the Mountain View Collegiate, Woodard shot her lowest tournament score, which was 226 (+10) and also fired a career low of 69 (-1) in the second round • Made her second appearance at the Mountain West Championships with a tournament tally of 256 (+40), where she placed 44th to finish her junior season • A 2015 spring Academic All-MW team member was again named a WGCA All-American as well.
2013-14 (Sophomore): Woodard was one of the most improved golfers on the Cowgirls and in the Mountain West during her sophomore season • Played 15 rounds carrying the second-best stroke average on the Cowgirls at 78.6 • At the Mountain West Championship she finished play tied for 14th place, as it was a career-best finish with a career-best three-round tally of 228 (+12) • The Cowgirls' highest finisher in the event since Juanita Rico placed 11th at the 2012 MW Championship • Fired a career-best score of 74 (+2) in the opening round of the MW Championship, as her mark in the opening round tied a spring season-low by any Cowgirl • UW's top finisher at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic with a score of 231 (+15) tying for 35th place • Named a WGCA All-American.
2012-13 (Redshirt Freshman): Emily Woodard played unattached in four of Wyoming's seven tournaments during the spring season • Averaged 92.4 stokes in 12 rounds • Top performance was 66th place at the Folino Invitational at 261 (+48), which included a career-low 79 (+8) during the third round • Lowest tournament score was a 262 (+46) at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic • In the classroom, she was named a recipient of the 2013 MW Scholar-Athlete Award.
2011-12 (Freshman): Woodard redshirted her first year at Wyoming.
High School: Woodard was a two-time individual state champion under coach Mike Lepore at Cheyenne Central High School • Won titles as a sophomore and junior, while finishing second as a senior and sixth as a freshman to earn all-state honors all four years • A four-year letterwinner, Woodard helped guide her team to state titles during her final two seasons • Excelled in indoor track, as she earned three all-state honors in the high jump and helped her team win three state titles • In the classroom, she was an honor roll student all four years and in National Honor Society during her senior year • Also a member of Key Club.
