CLOVIS, Calif. (May 13, 2026) – The University of Wyoming Track & Field program will hit the road to open its postseason action at the Credit Union 1 Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Thursday to Saturday, at Veterans Memorial Field in Clovis, Calif.

At the 2025 Mountain West Outdoor Championships, also held in Clovis, Calif., Wyoming had six individuals earn All-Conference selections in seven events. Three of those are returners in seniors
Cam Burkett,
Ryker Holtzen and
Jacob White. In the standings, the Cowboys finished sixth with 75 team points while the Cowgirls took 11th with 25 points.
LAST TIME OUT
Wyoming closed out the regular season at the Doug Max Invitational on a hot day in Fort Collins, Colo. At the meet, eight Top 10 program times were set, including a new school record.
Freshman
Jackson Aydelott completed the 400-meter record sweep when he posted a time of 46.63 to break the 49-year-old outdoor school record.
Also in the 400 meters, sophomore
Eva Dellorco ran a personal best and winning time of 54.18. This is No. 7 in the outdoor program record book.
Senior
Mac Zastrow finished with the No. 4 time in the 1,500 meters at 3:43.14, after conversions.
The men's 4x100-meter relay of freshman
Ryan Elsen, Aydelott, sophomore
Bridger Norton and senior
Carter McComb placed second with a time of 40.20. This was good for the No. 2 time in Wyoming history and the second Top 10 time this season.
Elsen would also run a personal record in the 200 meters at 20.91, his first sub-21-second time. This is now the No. 2 time in outdoor program history.
Two Cowgirls posted Top 10 times in the 1,500 meters in junior
Hailey Uhre and redshirt-freshman
Claire Engelhardt. Uhre ran an altitude converted time of 4:22.82 for No. 5 while Engelhardt finished at 4:23.53 for No. 8.
In the mid-distance 800-meter race, sophomore
Hanan Aldelemy finished fifth with a time of 2:08.45, after conversions, for No. 7 all-time.
Lastly, junior
Gabbreiella Mendoza-Molina ran her first sub-60-second 400-meter hurdles for first place. Her time of 59.80 also moved her up to T-No. 8 in program history.
