Pokes Have Sights Set on Border Dual Against Colorado State

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (April 24, 2026) – Wyoming track and field will take on rival Colorado State in the second iteration of The Border Dual, Saturday, in Fort Collins, Colo.

LAST TIME OUT
Wyoming spent nearly all last week competed across three meets in California in the Bryan Clay invitational, the Beach Invitational and the Mt. SAC Relays. Over the week, they accumulated six new Top 10 marks in the outdoor program record book.

On the first day, three Cowgirls, sophomore Muriel Jones, sophomore Brionna Holso and senior Rozlyn Slichko, finished with personal best times in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and moved to No. 5, No. 7 and No. 8 all-time.

Friday saw senior Ryker Holtzen run the second-fastest 5,000 meters in school history with his time of 13:38.40 for 12th in invitational heat two.

On the final day of action, sophomore Koi Adderley finished with her personal best in the long jump at 5.98 meters for No. 10 in school outdoor history while junior AJ McGloflin entered the outdoor record book at T-No. 9 in the high jump.
