The Cowgirls will see several familiar faces from the dual season and new faces in the Mountain West field. Grand Canyon is a new addition from last year's championship after joining from the WAC, while the 2025 champions, San Diego State, return as a front-runner.
LAST CHAMPIONSHIP
At the 2025 Mountain West Championships, the Cowgirls finished in sixth with 856 points and earned two individual titles while then-freshman
Macey Hansen was named Co-Freshman of the Meet.
Hansen claimed Wyoming two individual titles in the 500- and 1,650-yard Freestyle while
Alicia Gonzalez added the third podium finish with a third-place finish in the 1-meter dive. The Cowgirls also had 13 individual finals appearances and picked up two fifth places in relay events, their highest at the championships.
Hansen would also break two pool records at the CRWC Natatorium that set her up for an NCAA Championship bid.
