Cowboys Host Fresno State on Tuesday inside Arena-Auditorium

LARAMIE, Wyo. (Feb. 15, 2026) - The Wyoming Cowboys welcome the Fresno State Bulldogs to the Arena-Auditorium on Tuesday evening in a 6:30 p.m. start. It marks the 44th all-time meeting between the schools. Fresno State took the first meeting of the season downing the Pokes 63-60 on January 17.

About The Teams
Wyoming heads into the contest with a 13-12 overall record and a 4-10 mark in conference play after falling on the road at Colorado State on Saturday. The Pokes average 77.4 points per game this season and allow 73.2 per night. Wyoming is averaging only 69.3 points per game in conference play. The Pokes are grabbing 36 rebounds per game this season to rank third in the conference. The Cowboys are grabbing just over 12 offensive rebounds per game, which leads the MW.  Wyoming is hitting 8.2 three pointers per game for the season and are shooting 33 percent from behind the arc.
 
The Bulldogs head into the contest with a 12-13 overall record and a 6-8 mark after downing Air Force by a score of 93-63 on Saturday. The Bulldogs average 73.7 points per game and allow 71.8 per night. Fresno State shots 44.3 percent from the field and 31.9 percent from behind the arc. Opponents are shooting 43.7 percent from the field and 28.9 percent from behind the arc. The Bulldogs grab 35 rebounds per game on the season and record 7.2 steals per game.
 
About The Players
Wyoming is led in scoring this season by Leland Walker at 14.8 points per game for ninth in the MW. He also adds a team-high 3.6 assists per game, which ranks eighth in the conference.  Nasir (Naz) Meyer adds 12.8 points per game this season and adds 4.6 rebounds per game for second on the team.  Khaden Bennett adds 10.1 points per game and owns the team lead with five rebounds per night. He has scored in double-figures in four-straight games. Damarion Dennis adds 10.1 points per game for the season and is shooting 51.5 percent from the field.
 
The Bulldogs are led in scoring by Jake Heidbreder at 17.5 points per game. He has hit 56 threes on the season. He missed the last contest for Fresno State. DeShawn Gory adds 12.8 points per game and 5.7 rebounds. Wilson Jacques leads the team with 8.5 rebounds per game and Zaon Collins adds 4.6 assists per game for the season and 12 points per game.
 
About The Series
The Cowboys trail the all-time series against the Bulldogs 18-25 with the first meeting coming in 1972. The Pokes are 13-6 all-time against Fresno State in Laramie. The Pokes fell on the road in the first meeting on January 17 by a score of 63-60.
